6MG Election

This week year 6 has been looking at the General Election. Children worked in small groups to create their own party, which included writing a manifesto and stating their party polices.

All parties have been working hard all week to persuade others to vote for their party, culminating in recording a broadcast.

Year 6 win netball tornament

On Monday 19th April Miss Humphreys and Mr gavin took a team of 8 year 6 girls to Chorlton high to participate in a netball tornament.  In the first match we drew 0-0 against Barlow hall, in the second match we won 2-0 against St Johns, in the semi final we won against Oswald road 4-0 and in the final we won 1-0. Over all Chorlton Park won,the team was Hannah.k, Eve.f, Maria.w, Roisin.g.b, Lauren.e, Josie.r.g, Emily.b and Scarlett.h. All the girls played very and really enjoyed it.

Being safe online by samiyah

I think you should be safe online so you should not add people that you dont know and if you think they are not who they say they are never belive them because they might not . If you have facebook then change your privacy seeting to only friends can see my photos and dont ever use your photo on msn or facebook or any kind just make a avater and use that so then you would be safe.
